Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 116.wine website and all its services, you fully accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Creation & Security
Accurate and complete information is required when registering on 116. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time.
- Each individual may create only one account.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials completely confidential.
- Transferring or sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to 116 immediately.
- The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with the following when using the 116 platform:
- Any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair methods of play is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account is illegal.
- Participation in money laundering or fraudulent transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to manipulate or bypass the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
116 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these rules and may take legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Terms
All financial transactions on 116 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform.
- Only the account holder's own payment methods may be used.
- If a fraudulent transaction is detected, the associated balance may be frozen.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Verification may be required before funds are sent to a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
- 116 will provide assistance for transaction issues caused by technical errors.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: The 116 platform is provided "as is." 116 is not liable for any losses arising from internet outages, server issues, or third-party service failures. All financial risks associated with gaming and betting are borne solely by the user.
Intellectual Property: All content on the 116 platform — including logos, designs, game interfaces, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of 116. Copying, redistributing, or commercially using any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links: 116 is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites linked on the platform. Please review the terms of those sites before following any links.
Account Policy & Applicable Law
Account Suspension or Closure: 116 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or evidence of fraud. Balances in suspended accounts will be settled following a review.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any outstanding balance will be returned once the process is complete.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. By using the platform, users acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and with full awareness.
